Kinyarwanda is the language of Rwanda, written in the Latin alphabet, and it is very close to Kirundi, so a translator confirms which country a record comes from before starting. Rwanda uses English, French and Kinyarwanda in public life, which means an applicant's documents may combine all three, and a certified translation has to handle that mix on a single file rather than splitting it up.
