About Us

A Canadian translation & interpreting agency built on human expertise.

Who We Are

Prism Linguistics Inc is a Canadian translation and interpreting agency with its head office in Hamilton, Ontario. We serve law firms, hospitals, Canadian universities and colleges, immigration applicants, federal, provincial and municipal government bodies, and corporate clients coast to coast.

Every project is handled by a qualified human linguist — not machine translation, not "AI-assisted" output. Certified translations are prepared to meet IRCC requirements and are commonly accepted by Canadian courts, universities and major credential evaluators such as WES Canada, ICAS and IQAS.

How We Deliver

Every translation project moves through three independent stages before it leaves our office.

01

Translation

A native-speaker linguist with documented subject-matter experience produces the translation.

02

Editing

An independent bilingual editor reviews the draft against the source for accuracy, terminology and tone.

03

Proofreading

A final pass for formatting, layout fidelity and certificate accuracy before delivery.
