There is little to translate from Bambara itself, because Mali registers births, marriages and deaths in French and issues court and civil papers in French. In practice the certified translation work on a Malian file is French to English or French to English-and-French pairing for a body that needs English, rather than Bambara to English, and we handle that alongside the interpreting.
Where Bambara does appear, usually on community letters, sworn statements or handwritten notes, we translate it into English or French with a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy from a certified translator, or a sworn affidavit before a commissioner of oaths where required.
